Xiaomeng Huang is an Associate Professor, Center for earth system science, Tsinghua University. is awarded PhD in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2007. He holds M.E. in Hydropower from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2003 and B.E. in Electronic Engineering from Wuhan University in 2000. He has extended his valuable service as a Professor in Tsinghua University from 2011 to 2015 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His research interests as a Professor reflect in his/her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
