She is a Professor in the Department of Health Science and Technology in Aalborg University, Denmark. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. She is also a Vice head of Department for Research and Head of the ÃâNeural Engineering and NeurophysiologyÃâ Research Group. Her research areas icludes neural engineering, neural prostheses, neural rehabilitation, neural plasticity, implantable neural interfaces, coding and decoding of neural signals animal models.
She has a research interest on Biomedical Engineering
