Dr. Sara S. Salles, DO is a Doctor and Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UK HealthCare, Lexington, Kentucky 40536, USA. She received her doctor of osteopathic degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Mo.
