Biography
Dr. Hayes grew up in Binghamton, New York. She attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1985. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester, she worked as a fellow in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Ohio State University. She joined Rochester Fertility Care in 1991. She is dually board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Hayes holds active memberships in many professional societies, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She frequently lectures on various topics pertaining to infertility. She has been instrumental in establishing cryopreservation of embryos and in the development of a very successful egg donor and surrogacy program at RFC
