Biography

 Dr Oguntoyinbo was born in the  late fifties to the Oguntoyinbo family of Abalah/ Mayin in Ilaje Local governmnt area of Ondo State. He attended All Saints Anglican Primary School, Yaba and finished in 1970. He finished his secondary education in 1975 at Government College, Ibadan in the North Western State of Nigeria.
