Helen Berry is a fully qualified and experienced clinical exercise physiologist and nutritionist with a 1st class honours BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Stirling University and a PhD in Neurorehabilitation from the University of Glasgow. She has many years of experience working as a fitness instructor, researcher, nutritionist and personal trainer with individuals and groups of all ages, abilities and disabilities.
Helen is also a researcher at the Biomedical Engineering department of The University of Strathclyde. She works in the field of restorative neurology and is currently heading a project investigating the effects of electrical spinal stimulation on central nervous system function.
