Habib-Ur-Rehman

Biography

 Prof. Dr. Habib ur Rehman is working as a Professor in the Department of Physiology. Before joining the University, he served the Livestock Department as Veterinary Officer. He holds a DVM (1990: University of Agriculture, Faisalabad-Pakistan), MSc (Hons) (1993: University of Agriculture, Faisalabad-Pakistan) and PhD (2007: University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, Austria). Currently, he is serving as the Dean, Faculty of Biosciences; Chairman, Department of Physiology and Program Coordinator, Environmental Sciences, UVAS, Lahore. He is also an Adjunct Professor in King Edwards Medical University, Lahore. He has served the Faculty of Life Sciences and Business Management as well as Quality Enhancement Cell, UVAS, in the capacity of Dean and Director, respectively. Prof. Rehman has visited several countries including Austria, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Iran, among many, for scientific talks and trainings. Overall, Prof. Dr. Rehman is blended multi-dimensional personality and foreseeing academician having command on teaching, administration, research, and curricula development of different degree programs.
