Guenka Petrova works as a Professor on Social Pharmacy and Pharmacoeconomics, Medical University of Sofia (Bulgaria) since 1998 and as a visiting professor in Faculty of Pharmacy, University in Belgrade since the year 2003. She was a visiting professor to University of Nantes, IAE from 2006-2010 and Medical Universities in Bucharest, Sarajevo, Banja Luka from 1998-2003. In the year 1986-1998 she worked as Assistant professor on Social Pharmacy, Medical University in Sofia. She held the position of Deputy Rector on Science at the Medical University in Sofia, Professor and Assistant Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University and Educational manager SKB. She did her PhD in “Drug use and needs-analysis and forecasting” during the year 1994 from Medical University of Sofia.
