Gail Webber

Biography

 Dr. Gail Webber is a family physician and researcher based in Ottawa. She has had an active medical practice, including intra-partum obstetrics, since 1995. She completed her Masters in Women's Studies at the University of York, England, in 1992 and a Ph.D. in Population Health from the University of Ottawa in 2008. Her research focuses on improving access to reproductive health care services for women in developing countries. Her current research is on the provision of medication to reduce deaths from postpartum hemorrhage for women living in rural Tanzania.
