Christine Palafox, B.A., C.M.T., is a nationally certified massage therapist specializing in Jin Shin TARA acupressure treatments for trauma recovery. She has served as the Jin Shin acupressure practitioner at the CAIRR Neuroscience Lab under various grants since 2005. She first studied Jin Shin Jyutsu with Mary Burmeister in the late 1970's immeidately after completing her massage training and resumed her studies in Jin Shin TARA with Stephanie Mines, Ph.D. in 1998. In her private practice she has worked with clients seeking help for a variety of issues including support during cancer treatment, post surgical recovery, automobile accident injury, traumatic brain injury and PTSD due to abuse.
