Benjamin Maimon joined the Biomechatronics group in November 2013 as a PhD Student in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics from the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology Program. He graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. He has a broad background in mechanical engineering design and rapid prototyping for the medical device industry. Prior to starting his PhD, he consulted for medical device start-ups iRhythm Technologies and DC Devices specifically in mechanical design for their cardiology products.
