Over view:
Project manager for a study on the effectiveness of utilizing emerging technologies to promote smoking cessation.
• Working with local primary care offices in urban and rural WNY to implement new standard care practices for smoking cessation.
• Collaborate with Practice Enhancement Associates to help develop a database of smokers within the practice by creating a Smokers Registry.
• Train office staff on Automated Voice Recognition Technologies.
• Facilitate focus groups and key informant interviews with patients and office staff.
