Alexandre Dumont holds a postgraduate diploma in education management. Lecturer at the University of Montreal and the University of Sherbrooke (analysis of administrative practices and legal aspects related to school leadership function), he is also director of school to the school board Marie Victorin. His interests are moving towards organizational learning, transformational leadership and participatory management.
