Biography

Dr. Xiang-Jia Min is currently affiliated to Department of Biological Sciences, University of Hawaii, USA, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Bioinformatics (Computational biology) including DNA and protein sequence analysis, gene and genome annotation, molecular evolution, development of bioinformatics tools and databases. Currently our research projects focus on secretomes and alternative splicing gene analysis. Dr. Min also has interests in plant physiology and genomics.. Dr. Xiang-Jia Min is serving as an honorary reviewer for Current Synthetic and Systems Biology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Bioinformatics (Computational biology) including DNA and protein sequence analysis, gene and genome annotation, molecular evolution, development of bioinformatics tools and databases. Currently our research projects focus on secretomes and alternative splicing gene analysis. Dr. Min also has interests in plant physiology and genomics.
