Recently graduated from the University of Shiraz, Iran. PHD in Animal Science (physiology), Shiraz University, 2015 – June 2021; Thesis: Effect of lead acetate and quercetin on expression of selected genes in the mouse sperm and their relationship with reproductive parameters in the sires and male offspring. Thesis Advisor: Professor M. J. Zamiri Earned MSc degree from the Department of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture at Tabriz University, Tabriz, Iran. My MSc thesis title was “The effect of supplementation of diluent with trehalose and raffinose in the cryopreservation of ram semen”. And the Bachelor degree from Department of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture at Urmia University, Urmia, Iran. I have always been among the top 10% of the students. She have practical and efficient fashion experience in spermatogenesis, oogenesis, endocrinology, sperm evaluation, IVF, IVM, embryo culture, blastocyst evaluation, molecular biology, histology, immunohistochemistry, stereology and embryo transfer.
Reproductive Biology: Culture and specific staining of oocyte and sperm, in vitro fertilization (IVF), in vitro maturation (IVM), intra cytoplasm sperm injection (ICSI), vitrification of oocyte, embryo culture and development, sperm binding assay, blastocyst cell number and differentiation staining, endocrinology, oogenesis, spermatogenesis and embryo transfer. Molecular Biology: Primer design, DNA Isolation, RNA Isolation, RT_PCR, Polymerasechain reaction (PCR). Histology: Tissue processing and microtechniques including immunohistochemical (IHC) and immunocytochemical (ICC) staining, TUNEl assay, and stereology.
