Dr. Pallab Bhattacharya has received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU),Varanasi, India .Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral scientist in the Department of Neurology at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, USA. His research includes stem cell therapy in animal model of ischemic stroke and its associated mechanism for neuroprotection. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors such as DST Fast Track Young Scientist Award from Govt. of India, Young Investigator Award from The Society for Personalized Nano Medicine, USA and many more.He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals & expert Reviewers for many journals . He has authored 25 research articles/books. He is a member of American Heart Association, USA, Society for Personalized Nano Medicine, USA and many more bodies.
