Dr Marvin A. Soriano-Ursúa has received his PhD in Research in Medicine from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional of Mexico in 2012. Currently, he is working as Professor and Researcher in the Escuela Superior de Medicina del IPN. His research has included the rational design of new boron containing compounds targeting GPCRs. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as The National Youth Award for Science and Technology 2013. He is serving as an editorial member of several journals like World Journal of translational Medicine and Pharmacologia & expert Reviewers for journals like JACS, J Med Chem, Eur J Med Chem, Bioorg Med Chem. He has authored 23 research articles. He is a member of American Chemical Society and Sistema Nacional de Investigadores de Mexico.
