John Tsaknis
Currently he is working as Professor in the Department of Food Technology of the Technological Institution of Athens. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition.
John Tsaknis has received his PhD in Lincolnshire University during the period of 1993-1996. Currently, he/she is working as Professor in the Department of Food Technology of the Technological Institution of Athens. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition. His research has included, Food Safety, Food Analysis, Food Nanotechnology, Food Chemistry. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors
