Research Interest

Dr. Li’s research interests are in human factors and cognitive ergonomics, cognitive systems engineering, and human computer interaction. In particularly, she focuses on human-automation interaction, attention and interruption management, team communication, and multi-modal interface design. She has interest and experience in applying her research in application domains such as medicine, health informatics, space operations, robotics, aviation, ground transportation, and emergency evacuation.
