Biography

I am a postdoctoral fellow of University of Colorado Denver, USA. I am writing to express my strong interest to review the manuscript for Advancements in Genetic Engineering. I am interested in molecular and biochemistry, genomics, computational biology and bioinformatics. The areas of my current study include studying the role of bile acid receptors TGR5/FXR and PGC1α-Sirt3-ERRα signaling pathway in diabetes and obesity disease, studying the role of Polo-Like Kinase in Medulloblastoma, developing and applying machine learning and statistical methods to integrate high-throughput biological data for biomarker discovery in tumors, and developing R package and website tools for gene list functional annotation. I also have experience of peer-reviewing for Plos One, Journal of Hypertension, The Journal of Pain, The Journal of Biological Chemistry and The Journal of Lipid Research.
