Abstract :

Mycophenolic acid (MPH) is anbioactive compound, used as immunosuppressant agent employed in prevention of organ
transplant rejection in adults, but as well for renal transplant rejection in children with age over two years. Our study was
focused on the in-depth analysis of solid-state characterization of MPH, by the means of stability under ambient conditions and as
well under thermal stress. The samples were fully characterized using thermo analytical techniques (TG/DTG/HF), and as well FT-IR
spectroscopy. These results represent the preliminary information in carrying the complete kinetic analysis using iso-conversional
methods and NPK method.
