Abstract :

The major problems encountered in drug, formulation is basically the issue of poor solubility of drug molecules and reduced bioavailability. However, the emergence of nanosuspension has come a long way to combat the downscale of delivering water-insoluble drugs. A remarkable milestone is in the discovery and usage of nanosuspension is also the ability to improve drug efficacy and safety through alteration in the pharmacokinetic property of drugs This short article aims to explain the preparatory technique, characteristics and application of nanosuspension in modern day science vis a vis traditional delivery methods.
