Introduction: Third molar impactions are most difficult cases to patients as well as Dental or oral surgeons Even after lots of developments in dentistry, till people around the globe are suffering with surgical complications as well as trauma after Third molar removals This presentation enlighten the easy methods to move impacted teeth to a safe place and remove without a surgical approach. Aim : Orthodontic treatments move tooth to desired place During orthodontic tooth movement- tooth is loose inside the Socket Both this scientific factor are considered in this methods of tooth removal A trained GP dentist can remove impactions in a more efficient way by applying this principles
Objectives :
1. Understand the difficulties and challenges in managing third molar impactions
2. Appreciate the bio- mechanics in orthodontics tooth movements and utilisation of that knowledge in to removal of impactions
3. Know the limits and limitations as well as possibilities of this methods of impacted tooth removal
4. Become an ambassador of least traumatic extractions
5. Learn difference of tissue healing in surgical extractions and extractions in this methods.
