Abstract :

The quality standard High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) analytical procedures and acceptance criteria provided in the approved application to confirm the quality acceptance of antiviral drug according to specified impurity. Quality acceptance criteria classification of antiviral capsules as CONFORME or NOT CONFORME is according to quantity acceptance criteria of other capsules existing in market and approved by FDA. We found an optimal internal control of qualities in the starting material. The numerical limits and ranges was the key as criteria classification of batch, where it has checked the primary stability of antiviral and finally we made a data base with 23 candidates of antiviral drugs. luis.cruzrguez@gmail.com
