Abstract :

Chylopericardium is extremely a rare complication after Coronary artery bypass surgery. We report a case of chylothorax combined with chylopericardium and right diaphragmatic paralysis as a complication of CABG. Proper surgical intervention after failure of conservative treatment reducing possible deterioration to the patients as well has a significant improvement on the clinical condition of the patient.
