Abstract :

Between 2014 and 2021, 41 patients with somatically inexplicable gastrointestinal complaints presented to my practice. Conventional interventions did not lead to sufficient improvement in these patients. I analyzed presentation and treatment results of 41 patients, using biophysical diagnostic technology and came to the working diagnosis of Chronic Salmonella Cholecystitis (CSC). A retrospective observational analysis of the records of these patients was performed. At the end of the treatment period 86% of the patients had a reasonable to a good reduction in complaints. The findings of this pilot study support the hypothesis that CSC is a welldefined clinical entity and may even coincide with the clinical picture of functional gallbladder disorder (FGD), previously labeled as biliary dyskinesia. Both can be considered as energetically informative syndromes. The study suggests that biophysical medicine may be a viable option in the diagnosis and treatment of CSC / FGD.
