Allergies are physiological reactions caused when the immune system reacts to a specific foreign substance (allergen) that has been inhaled, touched or eaten by a person. when this allergies effects in children, then it can be refered as Pediatric Allergies. The inception of allergic sensitization followed by the development of diseases such as atopic dermatitis and asthma suggests a different treatment paradigm than adult diseases in which inflammation is typically long standing and may possibly be irreversible.
