Sudden cardiac arrest occurs suddenly without warning. The pumping action disrupted in sudden cardiac arrest, the heart cannot pump blood to the brain, lungs and other organs. Due to sudden cardiac arrest, blood stops flowing to the brain and other vital organs of the body. This result in an electrical malfunction causes irregular heartbeat; later a person loses consciousness and pulse death occurs in minutes.
