Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Innovations, definite as 2 or additional repeated pregnancy losses, disturbs about 2-3% of women attaining pregnancy. The experience takes a heavy emotional, physical and financial toll on patients and their families. Presently accepted testing for uterine anatomic abnormalities, Antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) and karyotypic abnormalities of the parents leave about 50% of RSA unexplained. The absence of pure causality and treatment to prevent recurrence episodes adds to the load of this diagnosis. Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulated needs or existing market needs. It is proficient through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. Innovations are something original and novel, as a significant, new that “breaks into” the market or society.
