The journey of prosthetics traces its roots back to ancient civilizations, where rudimentary wooden and metal devices were crafted to replace lost limbs. However, the field has evolved significantly, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and materials to create prosthetic devices that closely mimic the functionality and appearance of natural limbs.

The advent of materials such as carbon fiber and advanced polymers has significantly enhanced the strength and flexibility of prosthetic limbs, allowing users to engage in a wide range of activities with remarkable ease.
