Innovative Research: Medical and Health Science

Perceptions provided by medical research today promise to lessen the influence of our greatest health problems, including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. As science endures to unravel the molecular workings that underpin diseases, there will be profound changes in the treatment approaches.

Better health is crucial to human well-being and happiness. It also makes a significant contribution to economic progress, as healthy populations live longer, are more prolific, and save more. The two parts of Health Science implies the study, research, and knowledge of health and the application of that knowledge to cure diseases, improve health, and accepting how humans and animals function. Many factors influence health status and a country's ability is to provide quality health services for its people.

This special issue is intended to bring to the reader modern trends and accomplishments in various directions of Health and Medical Sciences.

All accepted manuscripts can be submitted online via Online Submission System or through an email id to editor@longdom.org

Influence of age factor on COVID-19
Influence of age factor on COVID-19

Healthy Aging Research is pleased to announce Special issue on “Influence of age factor on COVID-19”.

The COVID-19 virus infects people of all ages. However, evidence to date suggests that two groups of people are at a higher risk of getting severe COVID-19 disease. These are older people (that is people over 60 years old); and those with underlying medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer). The risk of severe disease gradually increases with age starting from around 40 years. It’s important that adults in this age range protect themselves and in turn protect others that may be more vulnerable.

“Healthy Aging Research” is announcing Special issue Call for paper on “Influence of age factor on COVID-19”. We welcome both solicited and unsolicited submissions that will contribute to this special issue.
