Zhengqiu Cai

Biography

I am currently a Senior Research Associate at the Lab for Personalized Medicine in Center for Biomedical Informatics, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. I participate in the development of cutting-edge software applications and suites for use in combating the complex challenges of biomedical science. I work on front-end web interface/web service development, back-end computational programming, tools development, and processing script. I was a Bioinformaticist in Washington University School of Medicine and Bioinformatics Intern in Monsanto Company.

Research Interest

Finding and testing WGA tools, Identifying the best-in-class tools, and maintaining a large and complex collection of these tools that are required for various LPM projects. Use an appropriate set of WGA tools to conduct a range of analyses on various types of genomic data and thus make a significant contribution to the success of LPM projects.
