Dr. Huang earned his Ph.D. in 2006 from the College of Life Science and joined Key Laboratory for Molecular Enzymology & Engineering of the Ministry of Education, Jilin University. During 2010-2013, as a postdoctoral scholar at the Center for Combinatorial Chemistry and Drug Discovery and as a visiting scholar supported by CSC in Department of Chemictry, Brandeis University, MA. From 2012, he is an Assistant Professor at Key Laboratory for Molecular Enzymology & Engineering of the Ministry of Education, College of Life Science, Jilin University
1 Peptide design and modification：Design and modify the biological activity peptide to improve the biological activity, stability and specificity by several methods, such as amino acid substitution, isomer, cell penetrating peptide, targeting molecule, et al.
2 Self-assembly of peptide and drug delivery：Design small peptide molecules and using tumor microenvironment factors, such as enzyme, pH, temperature to trigger self assembly of peptide and build controlled drug delivery system for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
