Xiangeng Meng obtained his Ph.D. from Kyoto University in 2008. He was then awarded fellowship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and Global COE program from Kyoto University, respectively. He is currently a research fellow at Kyoto University with research interest in photonic materials covering bulk and nano systems related to metallic nanostructures. He has been a reviewer of 6 journals.
