Dr. Yadavalli is now working as an instructor in UT South Western Medical Center, Dallas and has completed his post doctoral fellowship in same institute in the year 2014. Dr. Yadavalli has also a post doctoral fellowship from Georgetown University, Washington DC in the year 2012. He has a membership in American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). Human proteome organization, and American society for mass spectrometry. He is now involved in some major and collaborative projects like Characterization and target identification of FDA approved drug Hydralazine using functional proteomics and its clinical implications in neurodegenerative diseases, Quantitative profiling of ubiquitin-regulated proteome by 2D-Gel Electrophoresis and Targeted proteomics, AMIBHA: Development of online 3D-HPLC chromatography for defining human interactome in large scale using in vivo-cross-linking and mass spectrometry etc.
His research interest includes TMT quantitative functional proteomics with strong focus on drug target discovery using TMT, 2D-DIGE and click chemistry technologies in multi-disciplinary field (Neurodegenarative diseases,Aging and Cancer).
