He is an Alumnus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and All India Insitute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. His research interests are in the areas of Cancer Informatics, Microbiota, Biomarker discovery, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Big Data Analytics.
