Petros Efthimiou, MD, is the Chief of Rheumatology at Lincoln Medical Mental Health Center and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and Rheumatology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dr. Efthimiou graduated from the University of Ioannina Medical School summa cum laude and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Brown University and a fellowship in Rheumatology at the Hospital for Special Surgery or Weill Cornell Medical Center. Prior to his current position he was an Assistant Professor of Medicine and the Director of the Rheumatology clinic at New Jersey Medical School UMDNJ.
