Dr. Ming-Chou Chiang is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics from Chang Gung Memorial Hospitaland Chang Gung University, Taiwan. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine, China Medical University, Taiwan and Post-Doctoral as Research Fellow, Drexel University College of Medicine, United State.His research interestsinclude investigating mechanism of neonatal hypoxicischemicencephalopathy (HIE), discovering neuroprotection of neonatal HIE and therapeutic hypothermia, and improving quality of care of preterm infants and their outcomes. Dr. Chiang worked as a Director for the Society of Neonatology, Taiwan andas a committeemember or consultant physician for many organizations. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the European Academy of Pediatrics, the Asian Society of Pediatric Research, Taiwan Pediatric Association and many academic societies of Taiwan.Dr. Chiang also worked as an editorial board
