Hima is currently a postdoctoral fellow in Cell Line Development at Biogen. She received Master’s in Cellular and Structural Biology from University of Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and Bioinformatics from Wright State University, Ohio. Hima’s prior work involves developing novel machine learning approaches for cancer characterization. Her postdoctoral work at Biogen aims to establish a knowledge-based systems biology platform to guide rational process development.
