Eugenio Cesario is a researcher at the Institute of High Performance Computing and Networks (ICAR) of the National Research Council (CNR) of Italy. His research interests fall in the broad areas of Data Analytics and Parallel/Distributed Data Mining, and include Urban Computing, Energy-aware Cloud Computing, Cloud Grid services architectures, Knowledge Discovery applications. He co-authored over fifty scientific papers in international journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes. He received a best paper award and a best paper nomination in two international conferences. He has been serving as a chair, organizer, panelist and program committee member of several international conferences. Since 2003 he is serving as an adjunct professor at University of Calabria (Italy), involved in faculty and advanced classes.
