Bo Lu

Biography

Bo Lu is Director of Translational Research, Department of Radiation Oncology and Cancer Biology, Vanderbilt University, School of Medicine and Associate Professor of  Cancer Research, Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, Tenured  Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology, School of Medicine, Vanderbilt University and Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Cancer Biology, Vanderbilt University. He has received a PhD in Cell Biology from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX in, 1988-1993. He has completed his MD in Shanghai Medical University, Shanghai, China  (1987). He is serving as an editorial board member of reputed journals and reviewer of more than 10 journals.

Lung cancer, Non-apoptotic cell death, Genetic profiling of therapeutically resistant cancers, Autophagy and ER stress signaling, Biomarkers for lung and prostate cancers, Cancer stem cells and Radiosensitizers.
