Biography

Dr. Antonio Irpino is an Assistant professor and researcher in Statistics, Dept. of Political Sciences “J. Monnet”, Second University of Naples. He received his Degree in Economics from University of Naples  “Federico II” and Degree thesis in Statistics: ”Factorial techniques for the Symbolic data Analysis” (1997), Ph. D. in “Computational statistics and its applications”, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University “Federico II” of Naples, Under the supervision of Prof. Carlo N. Lauro (2001), Post-doc grant in Statistics, Theme of research: “Data Mining and symbolic data analysis”, Department of Business Strategies and quantitative methodologies, Second University of Naples, Supervisor Prof. R. Verde (2002-2003), Fellowship in Information and Communication Technology, Regional centre an Software technologies, University of Sannio, Benevento (2004-2005).
