Single cell Study - Study of Nucleic acid and enzyme/protein from single cell, isolated by using laser-capture microscopy

Protein Biochemistry – Protein isolation and quantification, Western blot, Radio-immuno assay, Immunocytochemistry, Enzyme/protein induction, isolation, purification and characterization.

Tissue Culture – Isolation and culture of primary Leydig cells from rat and mouse testis and maintenance of MA-10 mouse Leydig cell, Rat brain micro vessel endothelial cells.

Animal handling – Worked with cox-2 gene knockout mice and rat animal model
