Outcome of Labor Induction and its Associated Factor among Laboring

Background: Induction of labor has a great role to prevent neonatal and maternal mortality and morbidity. Despite its role Induction sometimes fails with a potential risk of increased maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity. In Dire Dawa, there was no study done on the outcomes of labor inductions. Therefore, this study is planned to fill this gap by studying the outcome of labor induction and associated factors among women who had delivered at Dilchora referral hospital in Dire Dawa, East Ethiopia. Objective: To determine the outcome of labor induction and associated factors among women who had delivered at Dilchora referral hospital Dire Dawa East Ethiopia, May 15 to June 1, 2020.
