• The brain dopamine system in physiology and diseases, particularly, the signal regulatory mechanisms of DA receptors and their relevance to some major neurobiological and psychotic diseases such as schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease (PD) and drug addiction.
  
• Drug discovery and early drug development targeted to dopamine –related neurological and psychotic disorders.
