Tye Fisher

Biography

Tye Fisher   is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Centre, School of Pharmacy, 1718 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas, 79601, USA and participated in several high profile conferences. In addition to his academic career, Dr Tye Fisher   held several managerial positions in the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand.

Research Interest

 His  research and clinical interests have centered on the physical functioning of older adult clinical populations – and how physical functioning relates to important outcomes. This line of inquiry includes clarifying the natural history of older patient activity during and following adverse health events, identifying linkages between physical therapy interventions and outcomes such as falls,maintenance of functional independence, and early rehospitalization.
