Biography
Shaul Gabbay completed a B.A. in Political Science and Economics at Bar Ilan University and an M.A. at Tel-Aviv University, Israel. In 1991 he received a Presidential Fellowship to continue his studies in the United States. In 1995 he completed his Ph.D. at Columbia University in New York and received an invitation from the University of Chicago for a Post Doctoral program. In 1998 he returned to Israel to join the faculty of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
