Dr. (Mrs.) Rajshree Dayanand Katke (Nee Sonkawde) ,Medical Superintendent of Cama & Albless Hospital, Mumbai is a Obstetrician and Gynecologist of par excellence, also working as Associate professor and Unit Incharge, who has done many obstetrical and gynecological surgical procedures with special interest in gynecological oncology. She has gold medal in Medicine. She is dedicated towards patients with HIV and is Incharge of PPTCT/ICTC program – MDAC and on the State level Committee Member of Advisory Committee of PCPNDT. She is an academician with teaching experience of more than 16 years and also a post graduate teacher in obstetrics and gynecology. And written Chapter for books and Co-Editor for book. She has been chairman and examiner for M.B.B.S. & M.D. examinations. Appraiser for National Board of Examinations. She is devoted to teaching having delivered lectures at various training program for lecturers and paramedical staff. She has publications in national and international journals to her credit. Numerous paper presentations at national and international conferences have won rave reviews and awards under her authorship. She has chaired sessions at international conferences of FOGSI FIGO. She has been invited as faculty at national conferences. She was chairman for enquiry committee for medico legal cases as an expert. She is committed to community health having done many diagnostic and operative camps at rural and tribal areas including camps for HIV positive patients.
