  The main area of this writing is assigned to the civil liability of Judge in enforcement of judgments and of executive officer in attachment of properties’ process in internal law, also, the extent of this research is civil liability arises from attachment of properties; means that the aim of this research is representation of losses which the nature of attachment is forced to the addressee of attachment and the losses which arise from intentional destruction or force majeure are not the subject of this research.
