Forest regeneration-the renewal of tree cover by natural or
artificial means-is a cornerstone of sustainable forest
management. As forests face increasing threats from
deforestation, climate change, and land degradation, the ability
to regenerate tree species becomes critical for maintaining
ecological balance, ensuring biodiversity, and supporting the
socioeconomic needs of forest-dependent communities. Effective
regeneration strategies are essential for preserving forest
productivity and resilience, especially in the context of long-term
conservation and restoration goals [1,2].
